As most of you people living in the Ryde shire would know, the Granny Smith has just come and been. Though do you know what the story of the granny smith is?
Why don't I tell you!
Mrs Smith was an old lady who was making apple pie one day
She found that a couple of her apples were bad and chucked them down the back of her yard.
After some time she found that a tree was growing, so she looked after it, eventually it bear fruit, the fruit it bore was a green apple apple.
Granny Smith, as she was called said that it was just like god, the things we though away, he makes them into something new.
The apple was later named after Granny Smith, and that's why the people in Eastwood and surrounding towns celebrate the granny smith!

Mann.. i've been told this story so many times but in a years time i bet ya i'll have forgotten it again! Maybe i should just retire now and be done with remembering things! haha~ I went to GS! I was onbly there for like 30 mins though.. i went and saw my friends band perform =)
